To ensure longevity, keep your leather products dry and away from excessive moisture. If they do get wet, wipe them immediately with a soft, dry cloth and allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight. For long-term maintenance, applying a quality leather conditioner every few months will keep the material supple.

To ensure a secure and worry-free shopping experience, we operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery basis. You only pay for your handcrafted leather goods once they reach your doorstep and you are satisfied with the delivery.

If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We encourage customers to check the product in the presence of the delivery person before making your cash payment.

Our belts are generally adjustable, but we recommend sharing your waist size in inches when ordering. We can pre-punch holes to your specific measurement to ensure a perfect fit the moment your JASS Leather belt arrives.
