Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Inspection (Check at the Door)

Since we operate exclusively on Cash on Delivery (COD), we encourage all customers to inspect the product while the delivery agent is present.

  • If the product is damaged or wrong: You can refuse the delivery immediately. You will not be charged for the product.

  • Standard Delivery Charge: If you refuse an order for any reason other than a defect (e.g., you changed your mind), you are requested to pay the delivery charge to the courier agent to cover the shipping cost.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Post-Delivery)

If you find a defect after the delivery agent has left, you have 3 days to contact us for a return or exchange. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Customized items (with name embossing or custom sizing) are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Exchange Policy

    • Defective/Wrong Item: If we sent the wrong item or a defective product, we will exchange it free of cost.

    • Size/Style Change: If you want to exchange a belt for a different size or change a wallet color, you must bear the exchange delivery charge (standard delivery fee for your area). Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Refund Process

Since all our transactions are conducted via Cash on Delivery, our refund process is as follows:

  • Specific Cases: Refunds are issued only if a defective product is returned and a replacement is currently out of stock.

  • Refund Method: Once the item is returned to our office (207, West Nakhalpara, Tejgaon) and passes inspection, we will issue the refund via Cash, bKash, or Nagad within 3–5 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that the delivery fee paid to the courier company is non-refundable, as this is a service fee for the transportation of the goods.

5. How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear photo or video of the issue/defect.

  2. Send the photo to us on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger (@jass_leather_bd).

  3. Or call our support line at 01610-003690.

  4. Once approved, we will guide you on how to send the product back to our Dhaka office at 207, West Nakhalpara, Tejgaon.
