1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our services or purchasing products from JASS Leather, you agree to be bound by these terms. These conditions apply to all orders placed through our social media, website, or direct contact.
2. Product Representation and Natural Variations
At JASS Leather, we use 100% genuine leather. Because leather is a natural material, customers should expect slight variations in grain, texture, and color. These are not defects but rather proof of authenticity. We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
3. Order Confirmation and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. In the event that an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately via phone (01610-003690) or email to offer an alternative or a cancellation.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). We operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery basis. This means the full payment must be handed to the delivery agent upon receipt of the product. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price at the time of your order will remain valid.
5. Shipping and Delivery Policy
We provide nationwide delivery across Bangladesh. While we aim to deliver within 24–48 hours in Dhaka and 3–5 business days outside Dhaka, JASS Leather is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen political circumstances.
6. Inspection at Delivery
Since we offer Cash on Delivery, we encourage all customers to inspect the outer packaging and the product (if the courier allows) before making the final payment. Once the payment is made and the courier departs, the transaction is considered successful.
7. Use of Products
Our products are designed for personal use. JASS Leather is not responsible for damages resulting from improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, extreme heat, or sharp objects. Please refer to our Care Instructions for maintenance tips.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, product photography, and brand descriptions, is the intellectual property of JASS Leather. Unauthorized use of our brand name or imagery for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
9. Modification of Terms
JASS Leather reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
